DS Ofood grew out of a conviction that the supply chain between livestock farmers and professional kitchens was broken β too many middlemen, too little transparency, and too much lost quality along the way.
Operating from our USDA-inspected facility in Schleswig, Iowa, we built a vertically integrated model that lets us work directly with quality-focused livestock producers and deliver chef-ready marinated meats with full traceability from source to cut.
Today, we partner with chefs, food service operators, and distributors across the Midwest β offering not just products, but a relationship built on trust, consistency, and a shared passion for food done right.
