We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Account Coordinator to support our growing network of food service partners. This is a great fit for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

Coordinate orders and logistics between DS Ofood and food service accounts
Communicate proactively with customers on order status, delivery timelines, and product availability
Support the sales team with account documentation, proposals, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and order management systems
Identify and flag potential issues before they reach the customer

What We're Looking For

2+ years in a customer service, account management, or operations coordination role
Experience in food service, distribution, or specialty food is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional communicator — written and verbal
Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting
