Food Service Account Coordinator

We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Account Coordinator to support our growing network of food service partners. This is a great fit for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate orders and logistics between DS Ofood and food service accounts
• Communicate proactively with customers on order status, delivery timelines, and product availability
• Support the sales team with account documentation, proposals, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and order management systems
• Identify and flag potential issues before they reach the customer

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in a customer service, account management, or operations coordination role
• Experience in food service, distribution, or specialty food is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communicator — written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting
