Join our production team at our USDA-inspected facility in Schleswig, Iowa. As a Meat Processing Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering the quality our food service partners rely on.

What You'll Do

Process, portion, and marinate meat products to DS Ofood specifications
Operate and maintain processing equipment safely and efficiently
Follow all USDA, SQF, and internal food safety protocols at all times
Participate in quality checks and documentation
Work as part of a collaborative production team in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in meat processing, food manufacturing, or a production environment preferred
Strong commitment to food safety and quality standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in cold environments
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented work ethic
HACCP knowledge is a plus
