Join our production team at our USDA-inspected facility in Schleswig, Iowa. As a Meat Processing Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering the quality our food service partners rely on.

What You'll Do

  • Process, portion, and marinate meat products to DS Ofood specifications
  • Operate and maintain processing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow all USDA, SQF, and internal food safety protocols at all times
  • Participate in quality checks and documentation
  • Work as part of a collaborative production team in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in meat processing, food manufacturing, or a production environment preferred
  • Strong commitment to food safety and quality standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in cold environments
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented work ethic
  • HACCP knowledge is a plus
