DS Ofood is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to grow our food service footprint across the Midwest.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with food service distributors, restaurant groups, and institutional buyers
  • Own a defined territory — develop new accounts while nurturing existing partnerships
  • Represent DS Ofood at trade shows, food service events, and customer visits
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Track activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM tools

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in food service, specialty foods, or protein/meat distribution
  • Strong network in the Midwest food service industry is a major plus
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel within the territory (up to 40%)
