DS Ofood is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to grow our food service footprint across the Midwest.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with food service distributors, restaurant groups, and institutional buyers
- Own a defined territory — develop new accounts while nurturing existing partnerships
- Represent DS Ofood at trade shows, food service events, and customer visits
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Track activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM tools
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in food service, specialty foods, or protein/meat distribution
- Strong network in the Midwest food service industry is a major plus
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel within the territory (up to 40%)
