Bulgogi Cheesesteak

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions, peppers, and mushroom until onion is translucent.
  2. Add in Brisket Bulgogi and cook through. Continue sautéing until most of the moisture evaporates.
  3. Top with cheese and cover until cheese is melted.
  4. Place all on a toasted bread roll of choice and enjoy as is or with desired condiments.

For a gluten-free option, replace bread with gluten-free bread.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Brisket Bulgogi or Beef Bulgogi
  • 2 oz Julienne Bell Pepper (optional)
  • 2 oz Julienne Onion (optional)
  • 1 oz sliced mushroom (optional)
  • 3 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 1 roll of bread (choice)

TIP

When sauteing, cook out moisture on high heat to get better caramelization
