Instructions

  1. Pre-heat grill for great char marks
  2. Cook beef galbi on grill, making sure to lay straight and flat.
  3. Once cooked 3/4 of the way up, flip and cook through well done.
  4. Serve alongside rice as-is or cut in between bones as 1/3 pieces.
