Boil and cook noodles, then rinse and reserve aside for stir-fry
Heat oil in a wok or pan at medium-high heat and add in onion, mushroom, broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers.
Once onion is translucent, add in Beef Bulgogi and cook through
While there is still enough moisture in wok or pan, add in noodles and stir-fry until everything is mixed well.
Then throw in Baby Spinach and give good toss and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.

8 oz Lo-Mein Noodles
2 oz Sliced Onion
1 oz Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms
2 oz Chopped Broccoli Florets
1 oz Fine Julienne Carrots
2 oz Julienne Yellow/Red Bell Peppers
1 oz Baby Spinach
For Garnish:
Sliced Scallions
Sesame Seeds

When trying different vegetables of your choice, just make sure it is cut small enough or cooked beforehand, so it is not raw when stir-fry is done
