Instructions

  1. Dice onions
  2. Chop cilantro or scallion
  3. Cook Brisket in a pan, drain rendered fat, chop and reserve
  4. Deep fry French fries until golden brown
  5. Assemble with Fries, Brisket Bulgogi, and remaining toppings of choice. Drizzle Aioli to finish.

• 6oz Fries

• 4oz Brisket Bulgogi

• 2oz White Onion

• 1oz Cilantro or Scallion

• Chipotle Aioli

Add other toppings of your choice like cheese and pickled peppers.
