Instructions

  1. Caramelize some onions and reserve for wraps.
  2. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Warm back up for serving or cook with Beef Bulgogi.
  3. Sauté Beef Bulgogi and cook through. Reserve for wrap assembly.
  4. Assemble wrap:
    1. Beef Bulgogi
    2. Caramelized onions
    3. Baby Arugula
    4. Sliced Tomato
    5. Horseradish Mayo

Ingredients

• Beef Bulgogi

• Caramelized Onions

• Baby Arugula or Mixed Greens/Spring Mix

• Sliced Tomato

• Horseradish Mayo (4 parts Mayo to 1 part Horseradish)

TIP

Offer extra horseradish mayo on side as people have a preference on how heavy they like the sauce.
