Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Grill Pork Galbi to get nice char and cook through.
  3. Cut Pork Galbi to fit bread roll of choice
  4. Assemble with remaining ingredients
  5. Toast assembled Cubano in a Panini Press making sure to get a good press down with toast marks
  6. Cut in half and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Pork Galbi
  • 1 bread roll of choice
  • 2 slices of Swiss cheese
  • Sliced pickles or pickled daikon radish
  • Deli mustard or Kimchi Mayo
  • Shredded cheese (optional)

TIP

When Grilling, go for high heat. The thin cut will not burn or overcook.
