Street Bulgogi Tacos

Instructions

  1. Dice white onions
  2. Chop cilantro
  3. Mix in a bowl and squeeze in lime juice
  4. Cook Bulgogi in a pan and cook through with some caramelization.
  5. Warm up soft taco shells.
  6. Assemble street tacos with bulgogi and onion-cilantro mix.
  7. Enjoy with or without sauces.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz of Bulgogi choice (Beef, Spicy Pork, Brisket)
  • 3 oz diced white onions
  • 1 oz chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • 3” soft taco shells (corn or flour)

TIP

Add a drizzle of hot sauce or sprinkle some cheese to your preference.
